We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant for Waikato Area.

This is to join our growing family owned Company, Naki Labour Hire

You will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. If you possess the below qualities, then we are looking for you to be part of our close-knit team.

We are looking for an individual who is prepared to help maintain and grow our business.  You will need to be target driven, self-motivated and an independent worker, productive, customer / candidate orientated and be able to relate to all levels of business from top corporate management to labourers.

This will include and require the following:

- Ideally have previous recruitment experience within temporary Labour Hire field, preferably one to two years
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and placement of suitable candidates with clients
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Be able to work under pressure in a high-pressure environment with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills and be able to multi-task and work well independently
- Computer literate and confident in ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Writing advertisements to attract candidates as well as screening of candidates
- Interviewing and reference checking of candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates
- Matching candidates to job descriptions and efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Administrative duties and record keeping
